RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Alignly, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at support@shopalignly.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@shopalignly.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your card provider. If you have done this and still not received your refund, contact us at support@shopalignly.com.
